What is a COOP?

Workshop Overview:

COOP is the abbreviation for Continuity Of Operations Plan. This workshop is designed to provide the components, rationale for developing, plan and regulatory requirements, and steps to create a COOP. In addition, identify how to implement, train, and exercise your COOP.

Workshop Objectives:

  • Provide the rationale for a COOP plan,

  • Understand recommended components,

  • Review how to assess your COOP plan requirements,

  • Learn how to develop and implement your COOP Plan

  • Identify how to train and exercise your COOP Plan.
