Waiting rooms were developed to keep offices and clinics running at full capacity with a place reserved for patients to wait until a healthcare provider was ready for their appointment.
In recent months, we’re seeing an influx of patients turning to telehealth as a safer way to receive care for non-life-threatening visits, causing a shift in the way facilities will need to operate in the future.
