NURSING HOME FIRE PROMPTS EMERGENCY EVACUATION OF RESIDENTS

When unplanned emergencies strike, having a plan in place is critical, especially when the threat is a loss of life, and it’s the middle of winter.

“When firefighters arrived, there was heavy fire and smoke on the back side of the building, and evacuation of the residents was already underway by facility staff.”

This well-orchestrated evacuation helped seniors in this facility remain safe and healthy in the face of danger.
