Workshop Overview:
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid System (CMS) requires a robust and comprehensive Internal and External Communication Plan. This workshop is designed to educate participants on the CMS Communication Regulations and their related E-Tags. In addition, the workshop will cover the 3 basic types of communication: notification systems, internal and external communication systems and potential back-up modes for each system.
