Workshop Overview:
The newly revised CHUG Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) (templates) has a very comprehensive Forms Library that provides all the essential forms to support the EOP’s Plans, Policies and Procedures. Many of the forms assist with CMS Compliance as well. This workshop provides guidance on how to navigate and use the Forms Library as well as review of many of the critical and essential forms.
